Emily Miller

 My name is Emily Miller. I am an animator located in South Sydney, Australia. I am currently completing my Bachelor's Degree in Animation at SAE Institute Sydney. 

In my work, I aim to evoke a strong emotional response from my audience as I firmly believe that it is the emotional connection that truly captivated an audience. I endeavour to cover a wide range of emotions including but not limited too; happiness, sadness and energised. I hope to make my work as relatable to the audience as possible.

While working on my major work titled "Welcome To The Kingdom" I began to have a deeper appreciation for VR/AR. I further developed my ideology into creating experiences that connect with the participant on an emotional level. I believe It's through this emotional response, the experience is enhanced and forms a stronger connection with the participant.

My goal is to specialise in creating characters and developing experiences the area’s of storyboard narrative character design, animating and editing as to me it is these fields that will help me achieve my objective of connecting strongly with audiences. 
 

I am highly passionate and enthusiastic about my animations, I show this through my determined disposition, always striving for perfection and realism in my characters, designs and experiences.
